Loaves and Fishes
The Loaves and Fishes Community Meal is a partnership between Watertown and Ebenezer Moravian Churches, dedicated to offering free meals and fellowship to anyone in need. Our goal is to not only provide nourishing food but also emotional, spiritual, and social support.
Meals are served every Monday (excluding holidays) from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. at Watertown Moravian Church, 510 Cole Street, Watertown. Carry-out is available, but you must come inside to pick up your meal.
We welcome anyone, whether you’re facing financial difficulties, seeking companionship, or simply in the mood to share a meal. Our volunteers, supported by local community organizations, prepare and serve these meals on a bi-annual rotation. Donations of food, equipment, and funds from the community make this program possible.
Join us for a free hearty meal and good company. Whether you’re physically hungry or just seeking fellowship, we invite you to be a part of our community!
Funding and Support
“We participate in The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), a federally funded food program administered through the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services. TEFAP is a program of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and provides food for pantry shelves and meal sites in Jefferson and Waukesha counties.”
